Levering koster 49 kr med GLS, uanset vægt.

Bestillinger over 2.000,- kr. sendes gratis.

Leveringstid

Leveringstiden er normalt 2 til 3 hverdage.

Betaling

Betaling kan ske med betalingskort. Vi accepterer de følgende korttyper:

Dankort, E-Dankort, Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard og Maestro.

Der tages ikke gebyr ved kortbetaling på fuzzmonster.dk.

Beløbet hæves først på dit kort, når varerne sendes fra fuzzmonster.dk. Der kan aldrig trækkes et større beløb end det, du har godkendt ved købet.

Det er også muligt at betale via bankoverførsel og EAN.

Faktura

Fakturaen modtager du sammen med varerne, og hvis du vælger at oprette en konto, kan den også downloades fra ‘min konto’ på hjemmesiden.

Payment

We accept credit card payments through our secure gateway. We accept the following cards:

Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Maestro.

Cards are not charged until the order is shipped, and there are no extra fees.

Bank transfer is also possible.

An invoice is provided with the delivery, and is also available to download for those customers who choose to create an account on the site.

Delivery

We ship world wide via GLS and UPS. All shipments are registered and insured, with tracking number.

International delivery costs are flat rate and are shown on the checkout page, after the billing/delivery country is selected.

Delivery times

International delivery times will vary depending on the destination country. All customers will be sent an order update with package tracking details.

Import Duties outside the EU

Please note that customers outside the EU may be subject to import tax charges upon delivery. Fuzz Monster is not responsible for any import charges incurred. Please check with your country’s customs rules and regulations before ordering.

Delivery price exceptions on heavy / large items

There may be extremely rare cases (i.e. orders with very large weight or dimensions), where the flat rate delivery price charged on the website will not cover the actual cost of delivery. In this case we will contact the customer to either: arrange payment for additional shipping cost; or cancel the order at their request.
